Thank you for considering Understorey for your rug and carpet needs. While we do not offer online retail, you can generate a Bill of Quantity to receive an estimate for your desired products. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

shipping charges

The price of each rug includes shipping fees, irrespective of the delivery location within India. There are no additional shipping costs.

delivery lead times

Deliveries are made only on weekdays and exclude public holidays. After customization, your rug will undergo a thorough quality check. It will be shipped within 3-5 business days post-approval.

tracking your order

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

packaging

Our rugs are carefully packaged to withstand weather elements during transit. The cost of packaging is included in the product price.
